We do not collect information about visitors to the Solidarity website apart from the information you enter to comment on an article, subscribe to Against the Current, sign up for the Solidarity Newsletter, register for events, or join or donate to Solidarity. We use this information only for the stated purpose.

If you comment on an article, we will post the comment with the name you provide, if you provide one. We may use the email address to follow up on the comment, for example, to verify its authenticity or to respond to an inquiry.

If you subscribe to Against the Current via the website, we will use the contact information you provide to send you copies of the magazine and to follow up on subscription matters, such as the need to renew.

If you sign up for the Solidarity Newsletter, we will use the contact information you provide to send you the newsletter.

If you register for an event, we will use the information you provide to help organize the event, to credential you for it, and to arrange food, housing and childcare, if you have requested it.

If you apply to join Solidarity, we will pass the information to the appropriate branch, organizing committee or organizer, who will use it to contact you. If you join, we will keep the information so that we know our membership and can contact members about organizational matters.

If you donate to Solidarity, we will keep your name, contact information and donation amount for our financial records.

If you use PayPal to pay for your subscription, registration or donation, PayPal will handle your payment. We do not receive any credit card or other information beyond the name, contact information and amount paid.

We do not use the information you provide for any other purpose. We do not share it with anyone. We do not use cookies or in any other way track visitors to the Solidarity website.
